Job Description
As a Trainer / Facilitator, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, facilitate capability-building programs, and support the development of employees across the designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, outcome focused training sessions across diverse audiences and functions
- Facilitate capability-building programs
- Coordinate with regional L\&D teams and Capability Coaches to ensure consistent training delivery standards
- Contribute to the development of training content, facilitator guides, and learning materials
Experience: 2–5 years of Trainer / Facilitator experience.
Banking experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.
