Job Description
Job Purpose
Sales Growth \& Client Acquisition
- Identify and execute sales growth opportunities within the assigned geography through direct sourcing and market development initiatives.
- Map and segment the local market to identify potential customers such as doctors, etc.
- Generate business through direct customer acquisition by offering customized Professional Loan solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Deliver sales targets through active prospecting, field visits, referrals, networking activities, and relationship-building with professional communities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive consistent sourcing and disbursement volumes.
- Drive faster turnaround times by coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Track and report sales performance, sourcing productivity, and business metrics while contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives, campaigns, and contests launched by the organization.
Operational Effectiveness
- Maintain a strong focus on both business volumes and portfolio quality.
- Ensure adherence to defined service levels, productivity standards, and process timelines.
- Adopt and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyze and communicate business performance data, including disbursements, profitability, portfolio quality, customer acquisition, and market opportunities, as per prescribed timelines and formats.
Market Development \& Business Expansion
- Strengthen market presence through regular field activity, customer meetings, professional networking events, and referral generation.
- Continuously scan the market to identify emerging opportunities, competitive developments, and customer trends within the Professional Loan segment.
- Develop strong relationships with key influencers and professional associations to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business pockets and customer segments to expand the portfolio.
Customer Servicing \& Relationship Management
- Coordinate with Risk and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and customer-friendly loan approval and booking process.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns while maintaining high service standards.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business, referrals, and portfolio growth.
- Conduct periodic customer engagement and post-disbursement follow-ups to strengthen relationships and identify early warning signals.
Risk Management
- Execute sales activities in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Ensure completion of all documentation and credit administration requirements within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain focus on portfolio quality by adhering to underwriting guidelines and identifying potential risks proactively.
- Escalate exceptions and risk concerns promptly to the relevant stakeholders.
- Support collection and portfolio monitoring efforts wherever required.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Risk, Credit, Operations, and Collections teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing, faster issue resolution, and improved customer experience.
- Support team initiatives and contribute towards achieving overall business objectives.
