METRO opened its first cash \& carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 \& expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. The merger allowed METRO and Makro-Habib to combine resources and gain the financial strength to lead and grow in a challenging environment and to gain synergies targeted to generate value for our customers and suppliers alike. Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad \& Faisalabad.

Job Description
- Acquire target buying rate and average turnover.
- Achieve sales targets and customer visit targets.
- Activate new customers.
- Acquire new HoReCa and O\&I customers.
- Maintain and regularly update customer records.
- Develop and implement an action plan for each key customer.
- Visit customers according to the planned schedule and submit the required reports to the line manager.
- Organize and support customer panels.
- Provide customer feedback to Department Managers in the store and the Purchasing Division.
- Monitor the market and competitors and provide the required reports to the line manager.
- Analyze customer information before each customer visit.
- Set sales objectives and conduct gap analysis against the established targets.
- Evaluate market share development for each customer.
- Conduct customer situation analysis and monitor budget performance.
- Exchange relevant information with Department Managers and Floor Managers.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
