Territory Growth & Restaurant Onboarding Manager

I’m looking for someone in Pakistan to take real ownership of WalnutPOS growth on the ground. I need a strong operator who can handle the commercial and onboarding side locally while I continue leading product and development. This is not a back\-office role. I need someone who can go out, meet restaurant owners, pitch WalnutPOS, close restaurants, onboard them properly, and help them get live. What you’ll own: * Finding and approaching restaurants * Pitching and demonstrating WalnutPOS * Following up and closing deals * Collecting menu, pricing, and setup information * Training restaurant staff during onboarding * Making sure restaurants go live successfully * Converting free\-tier restaurants to the paid plan * Acting as the local face of WalnutPOS in Pakistan Who this role is for: Someone who is confident in the field, good with people, persistent, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking responsibility. Experience in restaurant sales, merchant acquisition, software sales, POS, food delivery, or field business development would be a big plus. Compensation: * Fixed salary \- Rs 60,000 * 50% commission on every paid restaurant you bring in * Your commission is Rs 7,500 per paid restaurant * No commission on free\-tier signups * If you convert a free\-tier restaurant into a paid restaurant, you get the same Rs 7,500 commission This role is ideal for someone who wants strong upside and believes they can grow territory, not just “do a job.” Location: Pakistan If this sounds like you, send me a DM with: 1.
