Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller located in Kochi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Telecaller will be responsible for customer outreach, handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate call records, and following up with potential and existing clients. The role involves engaging with customers to provide information about services, resolve inquiries, and build strong client relationships. Additionally, the Telecaller will assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Experience in customer relationship management and client support
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Highly organized, with the ability to maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services like Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and YouTube strategy is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
- Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM systems
- Preferred qualifications include previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles
