Job Description
We are hiring a **Technical Sales Manager – Energy Solutions** to lead pre\-sales, technical design, and project coordination across our renewable energy division. This role is critical in bridging **sales, engineering, and execution** for solar, wind, and BESS projects. **About Us** Feroze Power is a renewable energy company specializing in EPC projects, solar installations, BESS solutions, and energy trading. We work with commercial and industrial clients and are actively expanding into large\-scale and hybrid energy solutions. **Role Overview** You will be responsible for handling both **technical sales and project execution support** , ensuring smooth delivery from initial client discussions to final project completion. **Key Responsibilities** **Pre\-Sales \& Technical Sales** * Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions * Prepare **BOQs, system designs, and costing** * **Join client meetings and handle technical discussions** * **Support the sales team in closing deals** **Vendor \& Procurement Coordination** * Liaise with suppliers for pricing, specs, and availability * Validate vendor quotations before client submission * Optimize product selection and costing **Project Coordination \& Execution** * Oversee project timelines and execution * Coordinate with installation teams and vendors * Ensure quality and timely delivery **Post\-Sales Support** * Handle technical queries and troubleshooting * Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 3–6\+ years experience in **solar EPC / renewable energy** * **Experience with system design, BOQs, and costing** * **Strong communication skills (client\-facing role)** * **Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously** **Compensation** * Competitive base salary (PKR 250,000 – 400,000\) * Performance\-based incentives * Growth into senior leadership roles **Why Join Us** * Work on high\-impact renewable energy projects * Exposure to solar, wind, and BESS systems * Fast\-growing company with strong pipeline * Opportunity to grow into a leadership position
