Our client **Big Entities** is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Lahore. **Timings: 1:00 PM \- 10 PM** **Location: DHA Phase 3 \-** **Onsite** Experience: 1\+ year in technical recruitment Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring for IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, .Net, Angular, AI Engineer, etc.) * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews * Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers * Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records * Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process * Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs **Requirements:** * 1\+ year of experience in technical/IT recruitment * Strong understanding of technical roles and basic tech stacks * Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
