Technical Assistant

**Job Description** **Synopsis** Provides end\-to\-end technical data processing including but not limited to data collection/extraction, segregation, reconciliation, data entry and electronic archiving as per standard and regulatory requirements **Accountabilities** * Liaises with all stakeholders to ensure necessary resources are available to meet scheduled and adhoc requirements * Receives, processes and follows up requests/operational requirements (i.e. spares requirements) to ensure seamless operations, expediting tasks in a diplomatic manner * Maintains an efficient data archiving and retrieval process to meet business, operational and regulatory requirements * Supports with routine and non\-routine paper works according to Company procedures * Exercise caution in handling sensitive data ensuring attention to details at all times and reports on all erroneous and missing logs, feedbacks on discrepancies, follows ups and escalates as necessary * Provide support during investigations, audits, projects or activities to ensure satisfactory conclusions within prescribed time frames * Uses a number of software applications to deliver work requirements i.e. aircraft maintenance proprietary software * Maintains a full and complete handover log book for all events and outstanding issues on worked shift. **Qualifications** * High school plus 2 years relevant work experience or a degree with no prior relevant experience required Additional Information Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline \- we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
