**We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Sweden.**
We're seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to function as a true partner to our largest customers. In this role, you'll develop deep working knowledge of customer goals, key business initiatives, technical challenges, and infrastructure configurations to deliver high quality customer experience. Working closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM), you'll identify opportunities that expand business footprint and plan the necessary technical activities to achieve account growth plans. While the KAM focuses on sales, you'll bring the technical expertise that makes partnerships thrive. We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical expertise together with excellent relationship\-building skills.
**What you'll do**
**Drive account performance with technical focus**
* Collaborate with KAM on strategic long\-term and short\-term technical activities to achieve overall sales goals
* Actively contribute to account planning and collaborate with account teams to lead technical initiatives
**Serve as the primary technical contact for customers**
* Act as the customer’s single point of contact for technical matters, fostering long\-term relationships and coordinating internal teams to deliver technical work
**Map technical needs to solutions**
* Map assigned customer technical needs to Ansys solutions and EDRMedeso services
* Drive technical service opportunities in cooperation with Technical Business Development and technical teams
* Drive product sales together with KAM and new technologies within customers
**Lead customer communication and education**
* Introduce and activate customers into new technologies through trials, webinars, trainings, and proof\-of\-concepts
* Engage with customer technical teams and build relationships with Manager, Director\- and C\-level stakeholders
* Utilize Ansys experts to establish relations and map new areas
**What we’re looking for**
* Strong technical background in engineering and simulation technologies
* Experience managing strategic customer accounts with focus on technical solutions
* Proven ability to map customer technical challenges to software solutions and services
* Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams, managers, and C\-level executives
* Collaborative mindset for working with sales teams on account planning and growth strategies
* Strategic thinking to identify opportunities for new technologies and expand business footprint
* Fluency in English and Swedish
* MSc in Engineering or similar field of study
* 10\+ years of relevant experience
