**Teaching Assistant Barn Owls Preschool** 32\.5 hours per week The Governors of Hazelbury Bryan Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our thriving preschool, Barn Owls. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and compassionate environment where every child is encouraged to; Have courage, grow roots, shine bright Role Overview  Contract Type: Fixed Term until 20/07/29  Hours: Full\-time, Monday\-Friday, 08:30\-15:30  Working Weeks: Term\-time only, 38 weeks per year (plus inset days as required)  Location: Hazelbury Bryan Primary School, Sturminster Newton, Dorset  Grade 5 SCP 5 Key Responsibilities In this role, you will work under the direction of the class teacher to:  Support the learning and personal development of preschool\-aged children.  Foster a stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors where children feel safe and eager to learn.  Assist in monitoring and recording pupil progress to ensure every child "shines bright"  Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and governors to uphold our core values of compassion, courage, resilience, and responsibility. **About You** We are looking for a candidate who:  Is passionate about Early Years education and nurturing young learners.  Possesses excellent communication skills and a 'can\-do' attitude.  Is committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children.  Thrives as part of a warm, supportive village school community.
