About the Role
We are looking for an experienced *Teacher Trainer for Cambridge Early Year Program* to deliver online training, mentor educators, and support participants in successfully completing the Cambridge International Certificate in Early Years Good Practice Program (CICEYGP).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online training sessions for CICEYGP participants.
- Guide learners through coursework, assignments, and portfolios.
- Review submissions and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor participant progress and offer academic support.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure successful program delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Early Years Education and Teacher Training.
- Familiarity with Cambridge Early Years framework or Cambridge Professional Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Comfortable conducting online sessions and using digital tools
Note: The Trainer should be available for training sessions scheduled between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM
