Position: Talent Management \& Organisational Development Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 5\+ Years
**Job Required**
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or a related HR function within a large and reputable organisation.
* Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
* CIPD qualification or other relevant professional certifications is preferred
* Demonstrated experience in organisational design, performance management, HR policy development, and stakeholder management.
* Ensure all approved organisational structure changes are accurately reflected in HR systems and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
* Conduct reviews and assessments of organisational and workforce\-related business cases.
