About the Role

The Talent Enablement (TE) Manager is responsible for ensuring candidates are fully prepared, qualified, and enabled to succeed in the marketplace.

This role owns candidate readiness, qualifying interviews, and talent-to-role alignment, ensuring only high-quality, well-prepared candidates move into matching and placement stages.

In addition to pipeline ownership, this role manages a team of two Talent Enablement Associates and is responsible for building structured enablement content that improves candidate readiness before interviews.

The TE Manager works closely with Talent Acquisition (TA), Training, Sales teams to maintain quality and readiness across the pipeline.

The TE Manager is also responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring process compliance throughout the enablement journey. This includes updating candidate data across internal systems, tracking candidate progress through Slack threads and workflow tools, maintaining reporting accuracy, and ensuring all candidate interactions and evaluations are properly documented.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Readiness \& Enablement

  • Own candidate readiness across the PE talent pipeline
  • Ensure candidates are properly prepared before interviews and matching stages
  • Monitor pipeline quality, readiness, and progression metrics
  • Ensure consistent enablement standards across regions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates across internal systems
  • Track candidate progression and follow-up actions through Slack threads and workflow tools
  • Ensure candidate evaluations, readiness assessments, and enablement activities are properly documented
  • Monitor data accuracy and process compliance throughout the candidate journey

Talent Matching Support

  • Support candidate-to-role matching based on job description fit
  • Reduce mismatch rates through stronger screening and evaluation
  • Ensure accurate alignment between talent supply and marketplace demand

Candidate Enablement Content

  • Design and create candidate readiness content for pre-interview stages
  • Develop helpful content such as webinars, workshops, podcasts, and learning sessions for candidates awaiting placement
  • Create structured guidance materials to improve interview performance and readiness
  • Align content topics with common interview gaps and role requirements
  • Work with Marketing and Marketplace teams to distribute enablement content effectively
  • Continuously improve content based on candidate performance and feedback

Team Leadership \& Management

  • Manage and support 2 Talent Enablement Associates (PK and PE)
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance oversight
  • Ensure consistent execution quality across both regions
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and KPIs for the team
  • Support associate development and capability building
  • Ensure team adherence to documentation standards, data accuracy, and follow-up procedures

Qualifying \& Evaluation

  • Conduct or oversee qualifying interviews
  • Evaluate candidates against job descriptions and role requirements
  • Standardize assessment criteria to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Identify skill gaps and define improvement or upskilling actions

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with TA to ensure pipeline quality and sourcing alignment
  • Work with Marketplace and Marketing teams to align supply and readiness needs
  • Collaborate with Training and Sales teams to improve candidate preparedness
  • Improve overall candidate experience and progression flow across the funnel

  • Higher pass rate in client interviews
  • Reduced mismatch between candidates and roles
  • Faster readiness-to-placement cycle

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, talent operations, recruitment, talent enablement, or related fields
  • Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching team members

Skills

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Comfortable creating structured content such as training materials, webinars, workshops, and educational resources
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured thinking and strong process discipline
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate workflows simultaneously
  • Strong follow-up and task management capabilities
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Radius, CRM systems, and workflow management tools
  • Data-driven mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
