**Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced
**Talend Tech Lead**
with strong expertise in
**Talend Big Data Platform and modern data engineering technologies**
. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience designing and implementing
**large\-scale data integration and big data solutions**
, along with the ability to lead technical teams and guide architecture decisions.
**Required Skills**
* **8\+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL development**
* **Strong hands\-on experience with Talend Big Data Platform**
* Experience with
**big data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive, etc.)**
* Strong knowledge of
**SQL and relational databases**
* Experience working with
**data warehouses and large\-scale data processing**
* Familiarity with
**cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus**
* Strong
**problem\-solving and leadership skills**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the design and development of
**data integration solutions using Talend Big Data Platform**
.
* Build and optimize
**ETL/ELT pipelines**
for large\-scale data processing.
* Work with
**big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and distributed data platforms**
.
* Design and implement
**data pipelines for batch and real\-time data processing**
.
* Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
* Provide
**technical leadership and mentoring**
to the data engineering team.
* Ensure best practices in
**data architecture, performance optimization, and data governance**
.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in
**enterprise data platforms or large\-scale data environments**
* Knowledge of
**data modeling and data warehousing concepts**
* Experience with
**data orchestration and scheduling tools**
* Ability to work in
**client\-facing and cross\-functional environments**
