**Systems \& Cloud Operations Engineer** **Role Overview** We are seeking a hands\-on Systems \& Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support hybrid infrastructure across on\-premise and Microsoft Azure environments. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, security, and performance, while leveraging automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain infrastructure across data centre and Azure environments * Monitor system performance, availability, and security * Support business\-critical applications and databases * Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, application, and network layers * Provide Level 1–2 IT support, including user access and device management * Administer backups, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery processes * Implement security best practices (firewalls, VPNs, access controls) * Use automation and AI tools to improve monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations **Skills \& Experience** * 5–7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or cloud operations * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and Microsoft Azure * Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and virtualization * Experience supporting applications and databases (SQL/NoSQL) * Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana, ELK) * Experience working in regulated or production environments **Nice to Have** * Experience with distributed or edge environments (e.g., kiosks) * Exposure to high\-availability systems * Knowledge of compliance or regulatory frameworks Systems \& Cloud Operations Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
