We believe in empowering our team to actually *solve* problems, not just pass cases around. **What you'll be doing:** * Multichannel Support: Assisting players via phone, chat, and email regarding account queries, payments, and general support * End\-to\-End Resolution: Solving cases fully—you own the player's journey from start to finish * Operational Integrity: Approving withdrawals, handling KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and running daily security checks * Strategic Feedback: Spotting trends and sharing insights with internal teams to improve our processes and products * KPI Driven: Contributing to a high\-performing team atmosphere and meeting service level targets **Requirements** We are looking for professionals who view this as a long\-term career move. * Service Background: You must have proven experience in a customer service role.
