Job Purpose: To supervise all building maintenance activities across the facility by managing SAP-generated maintenance notifications, planning and executing routine maintenance works, allocating manpower efficiently, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities while maintaining safety, quality, and statutory compliance
- To supervise all building maintenance activities across the facility by managing SAP-generated maintenance notifications, planning and executing routine maintenance works, allocating manpower efficiently, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities while maintaining safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
- Review and prioritize SAP PM notifications related to building and facility maintenance.
- Plan, schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant buildings and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely closure of SAP maintenance notifications and work orders with accurate documentation and man-hour recording.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facility infrastructure to identify maintenance requirements before failures occur.
- Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards of buildings remain compliant with GMP, food safety and company standard
Qualification Required
- DAE / B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical/Civil) preferred
Experience Required
- 4–6 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance / Building Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
