About the Role We're hiring fresh graduates and career switchers to join our Student Counselor team. No prior sales experience needed — full training is provided from day one. What You'll Do

• Complete onboarding and shadow senior counselors on live client consultations
• Handle follow-up calls on warm leads under supervision
• Learn our CRM (GoHighLevel) — pipeline stages, notes, WhatsApp follow-ups
• Book and confirm consultations for senior staff
• Join weekly team reviews

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English and Urdu (this is the deciding factor in our selection)
• Comfortable on phone, WhatsApp, and in-person conversations
• Willing to learn — no visa or immigration knowledge required going in

Compensation PKR 35,000 - 40,000/month base salary + commission per signed client (realistic on-target monthly earnings: \~PKR 50,000). Clear path to Junior Counselor and beyond within 6–18 months for strong performers.

Note: All candidates complete a short English communication assessment as part of the interview. Outstanding communicators are prioritized even without any sales background.
