Structure Engineer

**Position Purpose** This position is responsible for designing structures for Solar PV Systems. Job Description * Develop standardized structure packages for various PV module installations such as rooftops, PEB sheds, carports, shells, ground mounts etc. to optimize installation efficiency and cost\-effectiveness. * Design structures to withstand various wind speeds and capacities, ensuring structural integrity and safety. * Responsible for optimizing structure designs to achieve cost\-effective solutions without compromising quality and safety. * Develop designs for both single and dual\-axis tracking systems to maximize solar panel efficiency. * Conduct structural analysis, generate Bills of Materials (BOM), and vet proposed structures with suppliers to ensure feasibility and compliance. * Perform on\-site structural inspections, verify materials, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. * Manage project profitability, maintain client relationships, and ensure deadlines are met by collaborating cross\-functionally with internal and external teams. * Conduct on\-site inspections to gather data on as\-built conditions, ensuring conformity with design plans and standards. **Experience and Qualification** * B.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University. * 02 to 04 years of relevant experience preferably in managing large scale Solar projects. **Specific Requirements** * Proficient in SAP2000, CAD, ETABs, etc. * Strong understanding of wind load considerations and structural analysis. * Experience in project management and client relationship management. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross\-functional team environment.
