Growth potential is significant and will be based upon the candidate’s experience, abilities, and ambition. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structures, ensuring they are safe, functional, and cost\-effective. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver successful projects from concept to completion. **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in structural engineering, preferred experience in steel design (Max 4 years experience overall) * Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. SAP2000, ETABS) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). * Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Fluency in English (Written \& spoken) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with US building codes * Experience in Steel design and detailing * Experience with seismic design and analysis * Excellent organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of project management principles and practices **Key Responsibilities:** ·       Design and analyze structural components and systems for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures. ·       Reviewing construction drawings ·       Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural elements into overall project designs. ·       Perform calculations to determine loads, stresses, and material requirements for structures. ·       Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are current and compliant. ·       Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve any issues. ·       Prepare detailed markups for drawings, specifications, and reports to collaborate with drafting/modeling team ·       Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
