The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in structural engineering and a minimum of 4–5 years of experience. **Key Qualifications:** * Strong structural knowledge and background. * Ability to read, interpret, and work with U.S. standards and drawings. * Proficiency in creating fabrication, erection, assembly, and single\-part drawings. **Required Skills:** * Expertise in Tekla Structures is a must (high priority). * Proficiency in Revit is a plus. * Experience with creating and managing structural models in BIM workflows.
