Job Description
Own and grow strategic healthcare accounts across central and east‑central Sweden, driving impactful partnerships and commercial success.
R\&D Partners is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join a leading biotechnology company. This is a field\-based role which covers central and east‑central SE, with a primary focus on the Stockholm and greater Mälardalen region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving care transformation projects, identifying local and regional business opportunities, and developing robust account strategies to achieve commercial targets.
This position requires a proactive individual with strong sales execution skills, customer\-facing expertise, and a deep understanding of the healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement account strategies to achieve commercial targets, focusing on high\-value accounts such as hospitals and supply pharmacies.
* Collaborate with local brand teams to create tailored strategies for each account and stakeholder.
* Drive favorable brand listings, protocol inclusion, and increased brand usage through effective omnichannel plan delivery.
* Leverage data analytics, market research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Utilize tools like Veeva to track customer interactions and forecast sales.
* Provide value\-based selling by highlighting clinical, economic, and patient outcomes of products.
* Collect and consolidate customer insights to inform account plans and align with brand\-franchise strategy.
**Key Skills and Requirements:**
* Must reside in one of the following regions: Värmland, Örebro, Sörmland, Stockholm, or Uppsala.
* Valid driver's license is required.
* Academic degree or equivalent in Business or Healthcare.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare system, pharma industry, and health economics.
* Experience within cardio, nephro, or diabetes therapy areas is desirable.
* MGU or equivalent degree.
* Proven expertise in sales execution and customer\-facing interactions.
* Project management skills and experience with omnichannel execution.
* Ability to use data\-driven insights to drive performance and develop innovative, long\-term strategies (e.g., NDR and Rikssvikt).
* Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder influence abilities.
