Job Description
**The Opportunity**
Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization including: Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.). Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.) Procurement processes include: Product/Service Sourcing. Supplier Selection. Pricing/Terms Negotiation. Order Processing. Contract Administration. Supplier Performance Management. May include Strategic Sourcing A Specialist Para\-Professional (S4\) requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include: Working under limited supervision for non\-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non\-routine but not complex.
**How You’ll Make An Impact**
* Responsible for overall safety of the Warehouse in view of safe material, man \& equipment handling.
* Safely handling a high reach stacker for material movement in warehouse area.
* Physically Verification of all Incoming shipment received on daily basis and maintain the report.
* Material Receipt – Receive and unload material Safely, check for any damage, if found damage, report in LR and Challan.
* Segregation, layout \& “5S”\- Segregate and keep material as identifiable, with FIFO Practice, Maintain “5S”
* Rejected Material \- Rejected Material should be segregated and kept in such a way that it is not mixed / used as acceptable material
* Inventory – Provide correct input to buyer for new purchase for keeping Inventor minimum
* Dispose \- Dispose of old / non usable material on quarterly basis.
* Send material to supplier for further working promptly
* Send rejected material to supplier for re\-work
* Prepare timely GRN / MRN as per company guidelines.
* Create job work challan and maintain it closing activity on time to time base.
* Guide to contract workers for Preparing material as per pick list.
* Maintain Physical inventory and SAP Inventory properly, it should always match, issue material with system entry
* Physical Inventory Verification to be attended on quarterly basis and assumes responsibility for any mismatch
* Attend internal / External audits and attend open points / Avoid NCRs in future, you shall be responsible for audit outcome.
* Process alignment – conducts all process and logistic activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

**Your background**
* A Diploma / B.E / B.tech in Electrical / Mechanical engineering.
* Minimum 4\-5 years for Diploma and 3\-4 years for B.E / B.tech and relevant experience in a large manufacturing industry.
* Experience in Transformer/ Bushing Industry will be added advantage.
* Open minded, ready to accept production work whenever situation arise.
* Communication – Good control over communication as per situation to deal with vendors
* Propagate HAPG Culture to vendors
* Be role model to vendors for delivering quality
* Street smart to get work done and create long term relationship with suppliers in interest of organization
* Values – Strong believe in HAPG Values i.e. Safety, Integrity and compliance.
* Command on language – English, Hindi Minimum , with added advantage of Gujarati
* Knowledge of ERP / SAP – Good knowledge of MM Module of SAP
* Self Driven to derive KPI for the function
* Should be open to develop and implement new system
* Quick learner with interest in and ability to master new technologies
* Proficiency in both spoken \& written English language is required
