Position Summary
Saeed Salem Khalfan SSK Enterprises LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized storekeeper to manage inventory, materials, tools, equipment, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely receipt and issuance of materials, and supporting project teams through efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Issue materials to project teams and departments according to approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with procurement teams.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain records of material movements, receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock status updates for management.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams regarding material requirements.
- Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and report accordingly.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
- Support asset tracking and inventory control initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a storekeeper, warehouse coordinator, or inventory controller.
- Experience in construction, engineering, industrial, or project-based environments preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control software.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
