💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
, including receiving, inspecting, and storing all resort supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
for food and beverage, linens, amenities, and engineering items.
- Track stock levels
proactively to prevent shortages or over-purchasing. Maintain the stock par levels as per the defined SOPs
- Collaborate with procurement and department heads
to ensure seamless stock maintenance and distribution.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts
and reconcile audits with the system and physical stock tracking
🎯 Job Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum
2 years
of experience managing store functions specifically within a
hotel or resort
environment.
- Tech Skills:
Proficiency in hospitality inventory systems.
Experience working on the Stores Module in Munshi-10 Hotel PMS is a major plus.
- Skills:
Excellent organization, strong numerical skills, and a very high integrity level.
- Location Flexibility:
Must be willing to work full-time at the designated location (Islamabad or Hunza).
