Job Description
**Salary Information**
CG25 \- $44,153\.20 \- $48,612\.20 per annum.
**Duties And Responsibilities**
* Oversee and maintain daily inventory levels of supplies for the Bay St. George Campus .
* Receive and process materials and supplies in accordance with established accounting procedures; support procurement activities and maintain accurate records of fixed assets and inventory reports.
* Manage resale inventory, including textbooks, tools, and supplies, through a computerized point\-of\-sale system.
* Administer cash and credit transactions, including reconciliation and preparation of daily cash reports.
* Utilize PeopleSoft to monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase orders; coordinate mailroom operations and arrange courier services for all departments.
* Process financial and administrative documentation, including journal entries, requisitions, waybills, online payments, and petty cash transactions.
* Other related duties as required for efficient operation of the department.
**Screening Criteria**
* High School Diploma.
* Experience in receiving, stocking and/or shipping supplies.
**Assessment Criteria**
* Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control.
* Knowledge of computer applications, including computerized inventory control programs.
* Ability to exchange information effectively.
* Ability to prioritize workload while meeting established deadlines.
* Ability to work independently.
* Professionalism.
* Relationship budling skills.
**Conditions of Offer**
* When requested by the Employer, a recent and satisfactory Certificate of Conduct must be provided.
**Conditions of Acceptance**
* Willing to accept a physically demanding position.
* Acknowledges the requirement for lifting and moving objects weighting up to 50 lbs.
* Physical effort includes the unloading goods/materials by hand and/or with the assistant of pallet jacks and forklifts; lifting, pushing, pulling and moving supplies while maintaining stock shelves.
