Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse at our Mumbai center. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients, assisting in clinical and IVF procedures, and ensuring adherence to all medical and safety protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, supporting doctors and embryologists during procedures, offering guidance and emotional support to patients, and maintaining accurate medical records while promoting high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in patient care, including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and post-operative care
- Proficiency in assisting with IVF-related and ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) procedures
- Knowledge of medical safety protocols, infection control, and effective documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide, educate, and support patients
- Collaborative teamwork abilities to work effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and an active nursing license
- Prior experience in infertility treatment or women’s health is a strong advantage
- Commitment to ethical and empathetic patient care with a focus on privacy and quality
