Software Engineer

TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Software Engineer Job Description Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1\) 5\+ years of relevant hands\-on technical working development experience OR in an Infrastructure Operations, DevOps or Cloud Engineering Operations role 2\) 3\+ years working with Cloud Environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.) 3\) 1\+ year of hands\-on experience with GCP or Azure 4\) 3\+ years of hands\-on technical working experience with Terraform HCL for IAC 5\) 1\+ year of hands\-on technical experience with Redis Nice\-To\-Have Skills: • Hands\-on technical working experience with development/scripting languages (Python), container\-based technologies, config management tools, container\-based technologies, and CI/CD tools • Full understanding of software development lifecycle and release process (container\-native workflow for job orchestration, Git/GitOps, CI/CD, environments, code repositories). • Knowledge of software design patterns, and/or security considerations • Focus on scalable, enterprise\-level software system design (both on code and infrastructure levels) • High level Unix administration skills Soft Skills Required: • Good oral and written communication skills • Passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship. • Able to communicate with internal stakeholders on a call TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
