Indicative range: $95,000 – $160,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. **Role Overview** We are hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, and ship features across the stack. The role partners with product and design to turn requirements into reliable, well\-tested code — and to keep the systems behind it healthy as the product scales. **Key Responsibilities** \- Design, write, and ship production code across the application stack \- Partner with product and design on scoping, technical trade\-offs, and delivery timelines \- Write clean, well\-tested code and conduct thorough code reviews for teammates \- Diagnose and resolve production issues, including on\-call rotations as needed \- Contribute to architectural decisions and long\-term technical roadmap planning \- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal engineering practices **Required Skills and Qualifications** \- 3\+ years building production software at scale \- Strong proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, etc.) \- Experience with relational databases and modern API design (REST or GraphQL) \- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD workflows \- Solid grasp of system design, testing, and version control with Git \- Experience working in Agile or similar collaborative engineering environments **What You'll Bring** \- Curiosity to dig into systems and turn findings into shipped improvements \- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions \- A test\-and\-learn mindset; you ship fast, measure, and iterate \- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones **What We Offer** \- Fully remote, flexible work hours \- Performance\-based bonus structure \- Annual learning \& development stipend \- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) \- Opportunity to work on high\-scale, real\-world impact projects **Equal Opportunity Statement** This is an equal opportunity role.
