The Role
• Design and develop AI\-powered solutions to solve complex enterprise data and analytics problems.
• Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to design and develop solutions.
• Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies and frameworks to improve solution effectiveness.
• Document solution design, assumptions, and algorithms for enterprise adoption.
• Work across the full lifecycle of software development, from gathering requirements to implementation.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in software development, with financial services industry experience being a plus.
• Proven experience developing both front\-end and back\-end applications.
• Knowledgeable about cross\-platform interoperability and major toolkit features.
• Strong logical reasoning, mathematical thinking, and the ability to translate business problems into algorithmic solutions.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and strong communication skills.
