We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions aligned with user story requirements.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance code quality, deployment processes, and innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
- Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS, optimizing for performance, security, and cost.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree.
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.
- 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or React.js, along with experience in Git.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience or strong curiosity in incorporating AI into development practices.
