Job Description
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform solutions. • Provide technology solutions by evaluating standards, product availability, and risks, ensuring alignment with business and IT needs. • Coordinate tasks for less experienced engineers and collaborate across diverse teams. • Develop and/or review complex code, project technical architecture, and automated tests to ensure high\-quality product releases. • Actively participate in peer code reviews, advocate for standard development methodologies, and contribute to an energetic, cross\-functional team. • Drive technological innovation and contribute to shaping core team processes for operational efficiency and quality. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • 5\-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with demonstrated ability to lead small to medium teams. • Strong proficiency in at least 2\-3 programming languages/frameworks, with a deep understanding of advanced programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms. • Expertise in database management, API design, and troubleshooting across the full stack. • Proven experience with Agile development practices, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies or modern operating systems. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non\-technical audiences.
