Software Engineer - (Full-Stack / Backend / Frontend)

**Position Overview:** We are seeking experienced software engineers to work on client\-facing projects in a remote capacity. You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of US\-based and international clients, collaborating on their specific technology needs. As a valued member of our talent network, you will undergo regular client interview processes and, once matched with a client project, receive comprehensive technical support from our internal development team throughout your entire engagement. This model allows you to build experience across multiple projects while receiving dedicated mentorship and support. **Key Responsibilities:** • ***Client Interview Participation:*** Actively participate in technical interviews and assessments with prospective clients • ***Project Delivery:*** Develop and maintain high\-quality, scalable software applications according to client specifications • ***Client Communication:*** Effectively communicate with clients, discuss technical requirements, provide updates, and address concerns • ***Code Quality:*** Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code following best practices • ***Internal Collaboration*** : Work closely with our internal development team for technical guidance, code reviews, and problem\-solving • ***Troubleshooting*** : Debug, optimize, and resolve technical issues promptly • ***Continuous Learning:*** Adapt to new technologies and methodologies as required by different client projects • ***Professional Standards:*** Maintain professional communication and conduct in all client interactions  **Desired Skills and Experience:** • **2\+ years** of professional software development experience • Experience working with external clients or stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns • Experience with agile/scrum development methodologies • Ability to adapt quickly to different tech stacks and client environments • Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing your work. **Essential Qualifications:** • Exceptional English Communication Skills (C2 level or native fluency). • Proven software engineering background with commercial development experience • Quick learner \- ability to rapidly acquire new technologies, frameworks, and project\-specific requirements • Experience with at least TWO or more tech stacks from the list below * ***Frontend*** *\-* JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js * ***Backend*** \- Node.js, Express.js, Java, Spring Boot, C\#, .NET, ASP.NET, Python, Django, FastAPI, Flask * ***Databases*** *\-* SQL, NoSQL * ***DevOps/Cloud*** *\-* Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP * ***Other*** \- REST APIs, Microservices, Git, CI/CD pipelines • Comfortable working in remote environments and asynchronous collaboration • Ability to work independently while benefiting from team support • Problem\-solving mindset with strong attention to detail • Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary Range:** $2,000 \- $3,000 USD/month (depending on experience level, skills, and project requirements). * **Employment Type** : Full\-Time Remote with Client Project Assignments * **Location:** Work from anywhere (Remote) * **Time Zone:** Must be available for collaboration during US business hours overlap (with some flexibility based on client needs).
