Software Engineer - Customer Success

To achieve our mission, we are building the world’s most powerful enterprise iPaaS with multiple automation solutions, for which we look for a Software Engineer to join our Customer Success team. **Key Responsibilities :** * Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using Quickwork. * Engage with Enterprise clients to understand their integration \& automation needs, ensuring alignment with their business requirements. * Configure and customize APIs, connectors, and automation workflows to meet client use cases, while assisting with data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across multiple applications. * Ensure solutions align with customer requirements, industry standards, budget constraints, and project timelines while maintaining high\-quality delivery. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities based on customer feedback. * Develop comprehensive technical documentation for customer solutions, refine internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing within the team by actively contributing to Quickwork’s knowledge base. **Requirements :** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 1 year of professional experience * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Strong Proficiency in REST APIs, JavaScript, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB * Familiarity with RESTful services and web architectures * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Immediate joiner only Work from Office: Location \- Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
