By streamlining processes, BlueKnight removes research as a bottleneck, empowering teams to focus on decision\-making and execution. **Role Description** This is a full\-time remote role for a Software Engineer at BlueKnight. In this position, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to enhance the platform's functionality. You will collaborate with a cross\-functional team to build highly scalable and efficient back\-end systems, contribute to the implementation of programming best practices, and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and debugging. You will play a key role in advancing the platform's performance and meeting the evolving needs of M\&A professionals. **Qualifications** * Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design * Experience in Back\-End Web Development and Software Development * Proficiency in Programming and Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) * Ability to write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code * Familiarity with M\&A industry workflows and processes is a plus * Strong problem\-solving skills and an aptitude for working in collaborative, remote environments * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
