Job Description We are looking for an engineer with hands-on experience in the Android ecosystem, including development of robust, scalable applications and services running on embedded or device-based platforms.
Drive software development during all product development phases, including planning, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Analyze, build, test, and maintain software applications that are tailored to business-specific needs.
Required Skills \& Experience A strong understanding of connected systems is essential, with experience in integrating on-device software with offboard/cloud services to enable seamless end-to-end user experiences.
Familiarity with IoT and edge communication patterns and protocols (e.g., REST, MQTT, gRPC, or similar), as well as designing reliable data exchange between onboard systems and backend platforms, is highly valued.
Experience working with constrained environments, connectivity challenges, and distributed system architectures will be a key advantage.
