Not even close. **Role:** Software Developer **Location:** Remote **Role Overview:** We are hiring a Software Developer to build reliable, efficient software solutions that support Joveo's fast\-growing platform. You will own features end\-to\-end — from requirements to deployment — contributing to a codebase that processes millions of data points in real time. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Develop and ship software features across web, backend, or platform layers \- Translate product requirements into technical implementations \- Write automated tests and maintain code quality across releases \- Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and technical debt proactively \- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and QA to deliver on sprint commitments \- Document technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge bases **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** \- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language \- Experience developing and deploying production\-grade applications \- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns \- Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) \- Ability to work independently in a remote\-first, async environment \- Strong communication skills and a bias toward shipping **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
