They are launching the UAE’s first aviation innovation lab to support the development of a national Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) solution. This solution will help optimize air traffic management, improve efficiency, and support the UAE’s long\-term aviation ambitions. It is a unique opportunity to join a meaningful national program, work with leading industry experts, and build technology that will have a real impact. ⸻ **About the Role** We are looking for Emirati university graduates with strong Java skills, a solid technical foundation, and a real willingness to learn. As a Software Engineer, you will work with multi\-disciplinary and international teams to help develop software for the UAE’s national ATFM capability. You will be part of a hands\-on engineering environment where you will learn quickly, contribute to real development work, and grow into a strong software engineer.
