**Position:** Software Developer
**Location:** Remote (Pakistan)
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Work Schedule:** 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday–Friday (Overnight shift for Pakistan-based candidates)
**Salary:** 400,000 PKR/month
**Role Overview** We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Software Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, and who enjoys working on real-world, production-grade systems. You will help build and scale customer-facing websites and dashboards, internal tools and systems, as well as data-driven and infrastructure products connected to large-scale crawling, APIs, and infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Python/Node
- Build and maintain front-end components using React
- Integrate with APIs, crawlers, and data ingestion pipelines
- Optimize front-end and back-end systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones
- Support and improve live production systems with a focus on uptime and data accuracy
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and feature planning
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven features and data automation
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React, including component design, state management, responsive layouts, and performance optimization
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, accessibility, and user-centered design
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Sass, Styled Components, Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.)
- Back-end development skills using Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) or Node.js (Express/NestJS) to build APIs, integrations, and support front-end features
- Strong proficiency in either Python or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of Linux environments, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and back-end system design
- Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end features (UI, API integration, testing, deployment)
- Experience contributing to complex or large-scale systems
- Familiarity with web crawlers, scraping tools, or data ingestion pipelines
**Nice to Have (Plus Points)**
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level or high-scale crawling systems
- Interest or prior work in AI/ML-driven solutions
- Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, or machine learning
- Previous experience in startups or fast-paced technology companies
- Mentorship or leadership experience with junior developers
- Contributions to open-source or personal technical projects

- Building and improving front-end dashboards, websites, and platforms for data-heavy applications

- Enhancing internal tools for: Data operations, Infrastructure monitoring, Market intelligence
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
- Exploring AI/ML-powered features and private model integrations for internal and customer-facing products
