Site Supervisor

We require one Senior Engineer for execution of work at our Banswara site. The project scope is Core \& Shell construction, and the position demands end\-to\-end responsibility of site execution with a lean team structure. Please find the requirement details below: Position: Senior Engineer – Core \& Shell Location: Banswara, Rajasthan Project Type: Core \& Shell Construction Reporting To: Project Manager / HO Site Team: 1 Supervisor (direct reporting) Job Description / Responsibilities: Overall in\-charge of execution, coordination, and day\-to\-day site management for the entire Core \& Shell scope. Planning and monitoring of RCC, blockwork, plaster, and associated civil activities as per drawings and specifications. Coordination with PMC, consultants, and client representatives for approvals, inspections, and progress reviews. Managing site execution with one supervisor, ensuring productivity and discipline on site. Ensuring quality control, adherence to approved drawings, and compliance with specifications. Monitoring labour deployment, material consumption, and wastage control. Preparing and sharing daily progress reports (DPR) and supporting billing measurements as required. Ensuring site safety practices and maintaining statutory compliance. Identifying execution risks and proactively resolving site\-level issues. Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6–8 years of hands\-on experience in Core \& Shell execution. Strong understanding of RCC works, drawings, BOQs, and site coordination. Ability to independently handle a site with minimal manpower. Good communication and reporting skills.
