Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a **Site Reliability Engineer** to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of our cloud and container platforms. **What You’ll Do** * Manage Day\-2 operations across OpenStack, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Public Cloud (GCP/Alibaba) * Ensure platform health through monitoring, provisioning, backups, and preventive checks * Troubleshoot complex issues across VMs, containers, and infrastructure layers * Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency * Support deployments, migrations, and platform enhancements * Collaborate with Cloud \& Network teams for incident resolution and service continuity * Maintain clear and updated technical documentation (SOPs, runbooks, HLDs/LLDs) **What We’re Looking For** * 3\+ years of experience in Cloud / OpenStack / Kubernetes environments * Strong Linux and Kubernetes expertise * Knowledge of virtualization, container orchestration, and networking basics * RHCSA / RHCE / CKA (preferred) * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer\-handling skills * Ability to work in shifts / on\-call support when required If you’re passionate about cloud reliability, automation, and solving complex infrastructure challenges — we’d love to hear from you!
