**Job Description: Civil Site Engineer ( Government Project)** **Job Title** Civil Site Engineer **Location** Gachibowli, Hyderabad **Experience Required** 8\+ Years **Qualification** B.Tech in Civil Engineering **Role Overview** The Civil Site Engineer will manage and supervise day\-to\-day construction activities while acting as a crucial link between client expectations and contractor execution. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, timelines, and specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage daily site operations and construction activities * Act as the primary liaison between client representatives and contractors * Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards * Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager and client * Identify, escalate, and resolve site issues, conflicts, and delays proactively * Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols * Review and verify measurements, BOQs, and contractor billing * Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams for seamless execution * Ensure proper documentation of site activities, approvals, and communications * Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff **Key Skills Required** * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Excellent problem\-solving and conflict resolution abilities * In\-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards * Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents * Leadership and team management capabilities * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage **Application Details** · **Interested candidates can share their** **updated resume** **with:** **Mail id: venu.prasad@mekark.com** **Contact:** **7826911150** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
