The role requires strong technical expertise, 3 years at least hands\-on site experience as an Engineer, and **excellent English communication skills** to ensure effective coordination with stakeholders, compliance with project requirements, and successful project delivery. The Site Engineer will play a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence on\-site. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee daily construction site operations to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. * Supervise and coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and on\-site personnel in accordance with project plans. * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements. * Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to approved schedules. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and construction challenges on\-site. * Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational matters. * Implement and strictly enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. * Prepare and submit progress reports, site records, and technical documentation to project management. **Qualifications and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or a related Engineering discipline is mandatory) * **Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer** , with hands\-on involvement in site\-based construction projects * Must be **positioned on\-site** and capable of managing day\-to\-day operational challenges * **Very strong English communication skills** (written and spoken) are essential * Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and site procedures * Good understanding of local building codes, regulations, and HSE standards * Strong problem\-solving, coordination, and technical troubleshooting abilities * Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams **What makes a true AMANAian?** * We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners and clients forward.
