Site Engineer (Civil)

Position: Site Engineer (Civil) Location: IILM University, Gurugram IILM University is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil), having experience of 10\-12 yrs, and required to oversee the new building construction activities in the campus. The role involves monitoring ongoing construction activity by the contractor in conformity to the specifications mentioned in the architectural and structural drawings, adherence to the construction timelines by the contractor, maintenance of quality and safety at the site by the contractor. Responsibilities: 1\. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of the project. 2\. Monitor the construction activities at the project site in compliance with quality standards. 3\. Check progress, material usage, and quality of work. 4\. Coordinate with contractor, architectural and structural engineer. 5\. Maintain daily work reports and site \& testing records. 6\. Ensure safety measures and compliance with standards. 7\. Review and verify the contractor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. 8\. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project timeline, budget, or quality. Qualification: 1\. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2\. Minimum 10 \-12 years of experience in civil construction project management, preferably in academic or institutional projects. 3\. Good understanding of construction methods, materials \& regulations. 4\. Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills. 5\. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
