Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate to join our team as a Site Engineer . This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers by gaining hands-on experience on construction projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist with material inspections and quantity verification.
- Report project progress, site issues, and updates to senior engineers.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized local UAE university is preferred.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship or relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across the UAE.
