Site Engineer – Civil Construction

**Company:** Divyakush Constructions **Industry:** Civil Construction (Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure) **Experience Required:** 5–8 Years **Location:** As per project / site requirement **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Based on experience) **Job Overview** Divyakush Constructions is looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented **Site Engineer** to manage on\-site execution and ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role requires hands\-on experience in site supervision, measurement, and coordination with labor and contractors. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Setting Out \& Layout** * Mark positions of structures as per approved drawings * Use instruments such as **level and total station** for accurate layout * Ensure alignment and levels are maintained as per project specifications **2\. Site Execution** * Supervise on\-site activities including **concreting, shuttering, and reinforcement work** * Ensure execution matches structural and architectural drawings * Monitor daily work progress and resolve on\-site issues **3\. Quantity \& Measurement** * Take accurate measurements for billing and subcontractor payments * Prepare **Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)** and quantity estimates * Track material usage and minimize wastage **4\. Quality Control** * Check quality of materials such as cement, steel, and aggregates * Conduct and monitor **cube tests, slump tests** , and other quality checks * Ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications **5\. Labor \& Contractor Management** * Manage contractors, masons, bar benders, and site workforce * Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity * Ensure timely completion of assigned work **6\. Reporting \& Documentation** * Prepare and maintain **Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)** * Track material consumption and site activities * Maintain proper documentation for project records and audits **Key Skills \& Competencies** * Strong knowledge of civil construction execution and site operations * Experience in reading and interpreting structural drawings * Proficiency in measurement, BBS preparation, and quantity estimation * Understanding of quality control processes and safety standards * Good communication and team coordination skills * Ability to handle site challenges and meet deadlines **Educational Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** **Preferred Candidate Profile** * 5–8 years of hands\-on experience as a Site Engineer * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects * Strong site management and execution skills * Detail\-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach
