Site Engineer - Civil
We are currently hiring a
Site Engineer
with strong experience in the UAE construction industry to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a construction/contracting company in the UAE, with the ability to manage site execution activities independently and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and site team
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and HSE regulations
- Resolve site-related technical issues promptly
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently on site
- Prepare daily site reports and assist in project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum
5 years UAE experience
in construction / contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with construction methodologies, QA/QC, and HSE standards
