Site Civil Inspector

We are looking for experienced Site Civil Engineer to inspect and monitor civil and structural works on site, ensuring all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority regulations, and quality standards, while supporting the Resident Engineer in supervision of project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Have experience for Inspecting civil and structural works (substructure and superstructure) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements * Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to authority requirements and project quality standards * Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for inspections and daily site activities * Raise inspection requests (IRs) and follow up for approvals from the Consultant team * Issue site observations and report non\-conformances, ensuring timely corrective actions * Verify materials and workmanship meet approved standards * Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inspection records * Support the Resident Engineer in day\-to\-day supervision and project coordination * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards * Assist in snagging, de\-snagging, and handover processes **Requirements** * Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural supervision * At least 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in Dubai * Strong experience in consultant\-side supervision for residential high\-rise tower projects * Extensive knowledge of substructure and superstructure works * Ability to monitor site works and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority regulations * Competent in issuing site observations and coordinating with contractors * Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills **Benefits** * Private Health Insurance * Performance Bonus * Annual air ticket allowance **Why Join IRTH Group?** At IRTH Group, we're not just a company; we're a family committed to building a brighter future together.
