Site Civil Engineer

**Job Title:** Site Engineer Civil **Location:** UAE **About the Role** We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil works on site. You will be responsible for day to day execution, technical supervision, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** • Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities on site • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient execution • Oversee shoring, dewatering, excavation, and backfilling works • Review and interpret drawings and specifications for site implementation • Monitor project progress against schedule and budget • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams • Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports with recovery plans where needed • Liaise with procurement to ensure timely material and equipment delivery • Prepare quantity take offs, bar bending schedules, and material requisitions • Maintain site documentation including daily reports, WIR and MIR submissions • Ensure compliance with method statements, QA/QC requirements, and safety standards • Provide technical guidance and maintain high workmanship standards • Support planning and QA/QC teams to meet project objectives **Requirements** • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • 3 to 6 years of UAE or GCC experience in water or wastewater infrastructure projects • Experience in pumping stations and treatment plants preferred • Strong background in RCC works, underground structures, shoring, and dewatering • Familiar with local authority standards and regulations • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project or Primavera • Able to manage multi discipline projects • Valid UAE driving licence • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
