Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to support EPC oil \& gas projects, ensuring all civil works are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements. The ideal candidate has strong site execution experience in large\-scale oil \& gas facilities such as plants, pipelines, tank farms, substations, and infrastructure works. **WHO WE ARE** Target Engineering brings 50\+ years of experience in EPC and industrial infrastructure. Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence. **YOUR ROLE** As a **Civil Site Engineer** you will: * Supervise and manage civil and structural works on site including earthworks, concrete works, foundations, steel structures, and drainage * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and project specifications * Coordinate daily activities with construction teams, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines * Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity against the project schedule * Conduct site inspections and ensure strict adherence to HSE standards * Identify and resolve construction issues promptly and efficiently * Report progress, risks, and site issues to the Construction Manager * Review material deliveries, inspections, and ensure proper usage on site * Participate in toolbox talks, inspections, and quality audits **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Experience** * Minimum **5–10 years of site experience in EPC oil \& gas projects.** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering **Expertise** * Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, API preferred) * Proven experience in heavy civil works for oil \& gas facilities * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Experience coordinating with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Willingness to work on remote or rotational site assignments * Proficiency in MS Office; Primavera or similar tools is an advantage **WHAT WE OFFER** * The chance to contribute to some of UAE’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects. * A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence. * Opportunities for professional growth and career progression. * Competitive salary and benefits package. **Ready to be part of our team?** If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.
